Alpine Carpathian Corridor cycle route

Cycling along the Alpine-Carpathian corridor means following a traditional wildlife migration route that has been used by species such as deer, lynx, bear and wolf since time immemorial. The AKK cycle route between Senica (Sk) and Mönichkirchen (A/Nö) follows this corridor. It runs through the charming and varied landscape of western Slovakia, Lower Austria and Burgenland. Green-Solutions was commissioned to plan the cycle route and to prepare the information for use in navigation devices and smartphones. In parallel, classic information media such as maps were created. In a further project step, information flyers and additional route variants will be designed and implemented. A flyover based on Google Earth Pro gives an impression of the cycle route.
