CARTOGRAPHY
Following the completion of the first network design for a district-wide everyday and leisure cycling concept, this design can now be cycled, evaluated and a signage plan drawn up by the commissioned green-solutions office. This will serve as the basis for the creation of the cycle path concept for Altmühlfranken.
As part of the regional management funding project to create a district-wide everyday and leisure cycle route concept, an initial draft network was created following discussions with municipalities, towns and markets at the beginning of the year. After further coordination with the specialist authorities, the draft network can now be used by the commissioned specialist office Green Solutions.

The cycle route inspection will continue into the summer months, during which the cycle routes and gaps in the network planned by the mayors and employees of the building authorities and tourism departments will be inspected, evaluated and provided with a signage plan. This inspection is carried out by bicycle to ensure that cyclists always have a clear view.
