Cross-country skiing is booming… Just in time for the new cross-country skiing season, our partners Marco and Mario Felgenhauer are launching their completely revamped website xc.ski.de. Xc-ski.de is the largest Nordic website in the German-speaking world and reports extensively on all aspects of cross-country skiing. For the coming season, the site has been updated with our tour framework for cross-country skiing. All green-solutions and xc-ski customers will be able to market their cross-country ski trails via this channel in future. In order to inform guests about the current trail conditions, the trail manager was developed as the first result of the cooperation. Via the mobile website, cross-country skiers in the tourist regions can report the current trail condition after grooming directly to xc-ski and green-solutions with a click. The current trail condition is displayed on xc-ski.de using colors.
The trail display will also be finalized in the coming weeks with the latest update to the tour search. The new tour search in our framework enables a completely new way of displaying tours. We look forward to further cooperation with our colleagues.
