An all-round carefree package for the Simultankirchen Förderverein. From route mapping and signposting to the print map and tour output on the website – everything from a single source from green-solutions.
The basic cartography is based on geodata from the Bavarian Surveying Administration and has been visually prepared and enhanced by green-solutions. Cyclists are guided along ten different routes to sacred art treasures and cozy country inns in the central and northern Upper Palatinate. The churches are marked with pictograms on the map. An altitude profile is shown for each route to provide a quick overview of the level of difficulty of each day’s tour.
The tours are ideal for combining exercise and culture.
The cycle path runs for around 400 kilometers through beautiful landscapes in the districts of Amberg-Sulzbach, Neustadt an der Waldnaab, Tirschenreuth and the city of Weiden. It connects 50 churches and historical sites, some of which are still used simultaneously by Protestant and Catholic Christians.
With the current signage on site, which was carried out by green-solutions, guests can find their way around easily.
The map is currently available free of charge from the Simultan church office, the tourist offices and the parish offices along the route.
