The extensively expanded quality management system has been available to all tourinfra users and customers since the end of October. With the expansion, the entire workflow for the effective management of tourism infrastructures in destinations has been revised and greatly expanded. Destinations now have the opportunity to actively involve their guests as well as manage municipalities, tourism, administrations such as nature parks, associations and volunteers in one system. Quality management ensures that information can be created decentrally and controlled and passed on centrally. Measures can then be derived from the information (reports). The measures can then be delegated. All these steps can also be implemented via the new tourinfra mobil. This element has also been greatly expanded in recent months.

The process of reporting measures and creating tasks is supplemented by route inspections. These make it possible to establish route patrol systems, especially in large regions, and thus build up a continuous and reliable control of route networks.
