New tourinfra starts operations
After many months of work, the first results of the reprogramming of our tour and infrastructure management system tourinfra® have become visible in recent weeks. Tourinfra editors have been able to switch to the new interface for two weeks now and manage their tours there from now on. A new server infrastructure has been working in the background since July and is coping with the ever-increasing demands on tourinfra and rising user numbers in recent years. In order to make tourinfra® fit for the coming years, the technology has been brought up to date in many areas and many processes and functions have been completely re-implemented.
In the coming weeks, the trail manager and the output modules will be updated and made available to our customers. Over the winter, the infrastructure area will also be given a new interface and tourinfra mobil will be prepared for the coming recording season.
The positive reactions from our customers have given us great motivation to press ahead with development.
