New tourinfra version online

New layout and new functions, version 1.8/Wank brings a multitude of improvements: the entire interface has been slightly revised and provided with new icons, and the individual areas have been color-coded. As part of this adaptation, the separation between tours and infrastructure has been improved, making the workflow clearer for users. In the infrastructure area, all sign types have now been converted to we2p, allowing a printable preview to be provided.
