Quality management & assembly
The extensively expanded quality management system has been available to all tourinfra® users and customers since the end of October. Over the past few months, further improvements and system enhancements have been implemented in many areas. Many administrative functions have been added for the region administrators:
- Multiple processing of notifications and measures
- Hundreds of measures can be created in one step
- Upload of route inspection logs has been extended
- Integration of a notification system for quality management
- etc.
As part of the expansion of QM management, all of our customers have access to a defect reporting tool for the website (example below from Chiemgau). In addition, customers can motivate their guests to cooperate via the location stickers with a link to the defect reporter, as already implemented in the example of Uelzen. The location stickers can be adapted to the respective CI of the region. A safety version with SOS information or the nearest assembly points for the rescue chain can also be implemented.
