Leisurely in the Main valley or uphill and downhill through the Jura – narrow paths and well-signposted trails in God’s Garden make you want to take leisurely walks and hikes lasting several days. In close cooperation with the Obermain Jura tourism region / Lichtenfels district office, green-solutions has produced an overview map. The map is based on license-free OpenStreetMap data, which was adapted to the requirements of the project and supplemented with thematic content.
In addition to the 10 most important sights, which are described in detail on the map, guests will find the Gottesgartenrunde South and North as well as the Frankenweg and MainRadweg marked on the map. The Main Cycle Route is one of the most popular long-distance cycle routes in Germany and runs through the Obermain region. Downstream, the route runs for approx. 70 km on river-side cycle paths, field paths and hiking trails through the Gottesgarten and opens up the charming landscape of the Main valley.
