The season is also slowly coming to an end for the professional ski mountaineers and so a first summary can be drawn. The boom in the sport is continuing and the media presence is also increasing significantly. In order to better convey the races to viewers, altitude profiles of the race routes were created for the first time for TV broadcasts. These were used to present the races to viewers in the best possible way. Green-Solutions was responsible for creating the profiles and coordinating between the organizing committees and the film teams. The challenge in creating the profiles is the short production time due to weather-related track adjustments up to a few hours before the races. Due to the positive response, all races of the ASTC (Austrian Ski Touring Cup) and some races in the World Cup are to be equipped with altitude profiles in the coming season.
