Official launch of tourinfra as a signposting system for the whole of Austria. After almost a year of programming and preparation, we are very proud that from now on our tour and infrastructure solution tourinfra will take over the signposting for the whole of Austria. As part of the project AWIS GIP project under the direction of the Association of Austrian Alpine Clubs (VAVOE) and with the cooperation of all the major alpine clubs active in Austria (OEAV, DAV and Naturfreunde Österreich), our signposting solution has been integrated into the overall solution for recording hiking trails. In future, all official hiking trails will be entered and maintained via the newly created web solution. The data generated in this way will form the official reference in Austria in future. Based on this data, signposting will be carried out via tourinfra and the delivery of the print data to the sign producers.
